How do I order a logo design?
Click here to Start Now. Next, just complete the creative brief, make payment and we begin your logo design on the same day or the next business day of receiving your order and proof of payment or payment. Have a read through our How It Works page and understand our logo design process better.
When do you start working on my project?
As soon as we receive your order and payment or proof of payment.
When can I see my initial logo design?
After we receive your payment it will take approximately 1-3 working days, depending on the package, before we present you with the first concepts of your logo.
By what mode will you present the initial concepts?
We will create and save the document in pdf format and e-mail you the concepts.
If I don’t like the initial logo design how many changes I can suggest?
Changes can be applied to your chosen logo design or various concepts of your choice, until you are fully satisfied. You will be presented with four or more logo design variations for your satisfaction. There are really no limitations in the amount of changes that can be made to the concepts once they are designed. Every revision can be used to ask for any kind of modification. All we need is for you to choose your favourite concepts and then provide your feedback with your modification requests.
What if I have my own idea for a logo design?
Indicate your logo request on the creative brief; your requirement will be fully met as long as it is possible.
Do your packages include illustrations?
Our packages include illustrative logo design and the designs can range from very simple to complex.
Do you claim the rights of created logo design?
All rights of the logo purchased belong to our client.
Can you improve my existing company logo design?
Yes, you can provide an Adobe Illustrator file and we can work from that and improve it.
If I am not satisfied with what you present to me during the initial stage can I demand a refund?
This will not be possible but if at the end of the design process, you can be given extra revisions to modify the concepts. We do not guarantee satisfaction if the process has not been completed. It is a process and we ask for your patience as this process usually only happens once for every business and we try to make it as simple as possible.
You claim to provide satisfaction guarantee to your clients, does this mean I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds. Designers design the logos based on the information given by a client. You may be granted extra revisions if your package does not include them but it depends on the situation, which means we will continue improving your logo until you are fully satisfied without any additional charges. We also make sure that clients are satisfied with their final logo. We ask that clients please consider that their logo will be designed to suit the needs of their company, industry and their target market and usually not to appeal to personal preferences only. Once we have sent the initial concepts we are unable to provide refunds because the concepts can then be used, as they have already being released to the client.
Do you provide services to clients all over the world?
Yes, no matter where you are.
If I am in a different country how can I pay for my logo design or graphic design?
All overseas payments are through PayPal
How do I receive my final files?
Your final logo files are sent via email. The web files are zipped for your convenience and the cmyk print files are sent unzipped to maintain their high quality
Why should I give you my personal details?
Your details are important for us to be able to provide you with our services and to maintain in contact with you while designing your project. We do not give your details to third parties.
