How many SMS can be sent per minute?
Out Four sms gateways allows you to send 25,000 sms's per minute.
Can I send SMS to any mobile phones?
Yes you can send SMS to any mobile phones within India.
Is there any extra charge for STD SMS?
No. All domestic messages whether local or STD are charged equally.
How many SMS Credits are required to send one SMS?
1 SMS credit is needed to send 1 SMS
1 SMS Credit = 160 Characters = 1 SMS
1 SMS Credit = 160 Characters = 1 SMS
How can I check my balance SMS credits?
You can track your remaining SMS Credits just by logging into your account.
Is there any validity period or time limit to use the SMS Credits?
No. You can enjoy unlimited validity for your SMS Credits.
How can I recharge my SMS account?
Just shoot an email or call us, we will recharge your account as per your requirements within a couple of minutes. Request can also be given from your control panel.
How can I ensure that the SMS are delivered?
You can check the delivery status of every message in your control panel.
Will you refund the credit for the undelivered messages?
Of course, you pay only for the delivered messages
What is Sender ID & how does it work?
Sender ID is the header of your SMS which means, messages will be delivered to the customers in the name of your Sender ID. Normally Sender ID will be your Company/Brand name. However you can set any Alpha Numeric ID of 8 characters as Sender ID. You can create or shuffle unlimited Sender IDs as you wish.
How can I send SMS from my excel sheet?

I have a website & I want to offer free SMS to my website visitors? Is it possible?
Yes, you can easily integrate our API code which is compatible with all web application and software into your website.
Will you integrate the API code for my Website/Software?
